All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS with your Tracking ID.
2. Delivery Timelines
We ship across India with the following estimated delivery times:

Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days.

3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat shipping fee of ₹[Insert Amount, e.g., 60] is applicable on all COD orders.
4. Tracking Your Order

5. Quality Assurance & Damages
Our jewelry is 18k gold-plated, anti-tarnish, and waterproof. We pack every order with extreme care.

Important: In the rare event that your product arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

Unboxing Video: A clear unboxing video (starting from the sealed outer packaging) is mandatory to process any claims for damage or missing items.
6. Undelivered Packages
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply to send the parcel again.
