Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Levixa. We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • We offer a 5 to 7 day return/exchange policy from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:

  • Earrings (due to health and hygiene standards).

  • Items purchased during a Final Sale or clearance event.

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

3. Damaged or Wrong Products

Since our jewelry is 18k gold-plated and anti-tarnish, we take great care in quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Mandatory: A clear unboxing video is required to process any claims for damages or missing items. Without a video starting from the sealed package, we may not be able to process your request.

4. Process for Returns/Exchanges

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp (+91 9102948328) or Email (levixa902@gmail.com) with your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.

  3. Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product was received damaged.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer (as per your preference).

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before they are dispatched, whichever comes first. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
